a fun way to say goodbye!

This post is long overdue.  I actually have about 10 overdue posts that are "on their way".  I planned to blog a lot during my jet lag days, but we had NO JET LAG! Not complaining one bit, but using it as an excuse as to why I'm just now writing this.

There were 3 Chinese teachers that I worked really closely with while in China.  Ms. Wang was my Teacher Intern (TI) both years, Ms. Shao was also my TI the first year and was the Junior Kindergarten TI this past year, and Mrs. Zhang joined us as the Junior Kindergarten teacher this year.  It was fun to work alongside these ladies and my experience in China would not have been a success without them!

As the year began to come to an end, schedules began to fill up, and time began to slip away, we were finding it difficult to find a time to get all 4 of us together outside of work.  There seemed to be a conflict every weekend and we were never able to fulfill the plans we had originally come up with.  But I am so grateful we were all able to squeeze in a couple of hours the Sunday before we left to get together, eat good food, and have some fun taking these pictures at a.... I don't even know what to call it... 3D Picture Museum?

Most of these were just paintings on the wall or the floor and the picture taker had to stand in a certain spot to take the picture in order to make it look 3D.  This was SO fun!

If you haven't seen them already, here are some of my favorites.
Enjoy!

Ms. Wang is going shopping.

Whoa... Emily popped out of the computer!

Emily as a giant...

She shrunk!

Hey there...don't flush please!

Time's almost up...

So many Emilys!

Ms. Shao...just chilaxin'.

Emily was a little thirsty....

And here comes Ms. Wang down the Red Carpet!

Shark Attack!

Feeding time.

Emily is pulling the lion out of the picture!

And she lived Happily Ever After.

She blends right in!

Just takin' a stroll...

One ballerina is never enough.

Sorry Mona, but this one's my fave!

Nobody move!

Catching spilled milk...

Who knew we were part of the deal... someone wanted to take their picture with us, too!

Oh, ya know... just petting a panda.

Miss these ladies already!
